Governing Body

शासी निकाय

The Governing Body carries out the objects of the Council as set forth in the Memorandum of Association; the affairs of the Council are administered, directed and controlled by it. It consists of the Chairman; not less than three or more than eight members appointed by the Council at the Annual General Meeting; a representative of the Ministry of Education; a representative of the Ministry of Finance; two representatives of the U.P. Government; and the Member-Secretary. Members hold office for three years.
